Minca Tour

Minca Tour

From Minca we will have a great perspective of nature over the mountains and the biodiversity of the Sierra Nevada, observing a huge variety of endemic birds and butterflies, and enjoying fully green environments with refreshing rivers and waterfalls.This is a full day tour located in the Minca village of Sierra Nevada De Santa Marta. Minca is a small coffee village between the mountain located at a 45 minutes drive from Santa Marta. From here we will do a 30 minutes walk to enjoy some beautiful crystal clear waterfalls. For adventurers it is possible to return by river rafting or hiking. A typical lunch is taken and then another walk focusing on butterflies and birdwatch.

Tayrona Park

At Tayrona park we'll find ourselves in a natural and cultural journey crossing gigantic stones, between the forest and the breathtaking view over the sea. We'll arrive to cañaveral area, 1 hour walking distance to Arrecifes beach. We will then have a relaxing stop on Arenilla beach. Next we will have a swim in the natural pool by the sea and then continue with the walk to Cabo San Juan (ideal place for snorkeling) where we will enjoy the scenery, and relax on the beach. We will be treated to a nice lunch and return to Arrecifes, ending our day by walking or riding a horse back to the Cañaveral sector.
